7. Payment Terms

Payment schedules will be agreed before work begins. Material procurement may require an advance payment, with the remaining balance payable according to agreed project milestones or upon completion.

8. Delivery & Installation

Delivery dates are estimated and depend on project complexity, manufacturing schedules, imported material availability and site readiness.

9. Warranty

Warranty applies only to workmanship and agreed materials as stated in the project contract. It does not cover accidental damage, improper use, unauthorised modifications or lack of maintenance.

10. Repair & Maintenance

Repair services are subject to inspection. Existing damage or previously installed systems may require replacement rather than repair.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, photographs, graphics, logos and written material remain the property of Skyline Aluminium unless otherwise stated.

12. Limitation of Liability
